2025 Summer Leadership Workshop
OASL has been offering summer leadership workshops since 1953. Our 5-day workshops will include a balance of hands-on activities and discussions along with personal growth and reflection opportunities. Students continue to rave about hallmark workshop activities including small council groups, team-building activities, large group sessions, our Ohio IMPACT session with local leaders, service learning and informal opportunities for students to connect 1-on-1 with each other. We will continue to build on conversations and action planning regarding equity in our schools
Registration closes June 6, 2025!
Early Bird fee (deposit received by May 15th) is $430.00 for students from our member schools and $480.00 if your school is not a member of OASL.
After May 15, the fee is $450.00 for students who attend an OASL member school and $500.00 if not from an OASL member school.
Registration includes room, food and programming!

Save the date for our Student Leadership Day with the Columbus Blue Jackets! Spend the day at Nationwide Arena participating in leadership development, and then watch the Blue Jackets face off against the Utah Hockey Club!
Student Leadership Day with the Blue Jackets takes middle school & high school students behind the scenes of Nationwide Arena. The event includes a leadership development session, hockey 101 lesson, on-ice skate, and a Q&A with a professional speaker panel.

*All events are 10:00am-3:00pm
Develop your skills - Grove your impact. During this day we will cover topics such as self-awareness, team building, communication and problem solving.
Cost: $20 per person and includes lunch

Fall Retreat 2024
Make new friends, connect with old friends, work in a small group setting and develop your teamwork skills in a retreat setting. This year’s theme is: Creativity and SPARK!

Leadership at the Point 2024
Join us and student leaders from across the state for a day of fun at America’s Roller Coast! We will have morning programming and in the afternoon you can spend time with friends, classmates and new friends riding some of the best rollercoasters in the nation!

Cost: Up to $80 which includes programming, parking and ticket for the park. Other options available.

Tackle rising costs of Summer Workshop. Ensure registration fees are not negatively impacted and Increase our scholarship opportunities.
